We are delighted to announce that Tectoniks is now part of Dawsongroup plc.

Dawsongroup plc is an industry-leading group of companies specialising in the supply of commercial assets. From humble beginnings as a fledgling haulage business in 1935, the group has grown to cover nine distinct asset groups with over 27,000 assets available for rental or leasing across a wide variety of commercial sectors.

Tectoniks has been a long-standing supplier of innovative portable cold storage structures to the group and will come under the umbrella of the Temperature Control Solutions division.

The acquisition of Tectoniks will allow Dawsongroup to invest in a wider inflatable product range to supplement the existing portfolio of portable cold storage structures whilst giving Tectoniks access to a wealth of resources to facilitate the expansion of our operation and the realisation of our plans for the future.

Such plans include the introduction of a new range of rental structures and investment in our research and development department to ensure that our products remain at the leading edge of technology. Watch this space.
